1- Simply cut about 2 pounds of butter into cubes and slowly melt it in a large saucepan.
2- You should stir the butter a little so that it doesn’t burn.
3- As soon as it has melted completely, increase the heat and bring the butter to a boil until it foams.
4- Then turn the temperature as low as possible and let the butter simmer for about 30–40 minutes without stirring.
5- As soon as the milky part has turned golden yellow and the ghee is so clear that you can see the bottom of the pot, take a fine sieve.
6- Line it with a clean tea towel and let the clarified butter flow through 1-2 times to filter out the solid components.
7- Then let it cool down.
