10 Health Benefits Of Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar& A Recipe
Apple cider vinegar has become a very popular supplement within the health and nutrition scene, and it is also labeled as a fountain of youth. It has been utilized for many decades around the entire world. However, most people are still unaware of the benefits of drinking apple cider vinegar (ACV) that come with its daily consumption.

Here’s my own version on how to easily and quickly put apple cider vinegar into your routine every day. You can enjoy this drink in the morning to get your metabolism going.
1 – 2 tbsp of organic ACV
One tbsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of cinnamon (see Discover Ceylon Cinnamon Health Benefits)
0.5 l ( 16.9 oz) of warm water
Optional: Stevia/Xylitol or Manuka honey for sweetening
Simply mix all ingredients together.
Try it out. I can pretty much promise you that you do not want to miss this drink in the morning again. I know; I’m hooked.
Sometimes I add a teaspoon of fresh ginger juice to it as well. This makes for an even more aromatic and tingly sensation with a zest.
